Customer Support Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW

A Customer Support Specialist builds, operates, scales and improves our fast-growing service. This role comes with a heavy focus on establishing strong relationships with our Drivers Partners and solving problems through an analytic approach. The Customer Support Specialist will focus on the acquisition and retention of our ever-expanding Driver Fleet, organise information & onboarding roadshows across numerous cities and play an integral role in the businesses expansions into new Territories. This role will deliver continuous process improvement, have a strong understanding of the current last-mile logistics environment and be a true and passionate brand advocate that can help to influence all areas of the company.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver operational successes in line with our service level agreements
  • Ensure that Partner Drivers meet delivery guarantees and work in line with all legislation and client sensitive requirements
  • Build open communication channels with clients: collect Driver feedback to share with our clients, optimise operations, and influence business goals and priorities Interact with key stakeholders
  • Work with our internal teams to ensure a customer-centric approach

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics and other related courses
  • At 3 years of experience preferably in a startup, ecommerce, or SaaS company
  • Must be passionate in driving change in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with processes development, program/project management; experience working in a support organisation or for organisations known for their customer support
  • Experience in data/analytics and must be knowledgeable in the use of MS Excel
  • Extraordinary written and verbal English communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
  • Must be willing to work in an early morning shift
